Lineup Changes: Why They Happen

We understand it can be disappointing when the lineup changes.
Artist schedules are dynamic and can change due to many factors, including travel delays, personal commitments, or unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy for Lineup Changes

Please note:
You are not entitled to a refund if:

  • A headlining artist changes from the one originally listed.

  • Another advertised artist drops out of the event.

This policy is in line with Skiddle’s Terms and Conditions (10.3):


11.1 - Events are organised and controlled by the Event Organiser. Any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, material change, lineup change, venue change, or other alteration to the Event is the responsibility of the Event Organiser.

11.4 A material change may include, by way of example only, a change to the main billed artist or another significant change identified by the Event Organiser. Not every change will give rise to a refund right.

What to Do if You No Longer Wish to Attend

If you decide not to attend due to lineup changes, we recommend passing your ticket on privately to someone you trust, such as:

  • Friends

  • Family members

  • Work colleagues
