If you've ordered tickets for someone else or simply need to send the individual members of your party their tickets, there's a variety of ways you can.

Can I pass my tickets on individually from a bulk order to someone else’s Skiddle account?

To ensure smooth entry for everyone at the event we advise that each person has either their own printed ticket or has a copy on their phone.

In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may have noticed that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended.

Promoters have the option to enable this feature and will have set a time & date in which you can download your ticket(s).

Each ticket will have a unique barcode & number so make sure you don't print/send the same one twice as your mates will have problems getting in when they get to the event.

  • Download the PDF of the ticket to your phone from the ticket collection email and send it via text /Whatsapp /email /Bluetooth /Airdrop/ Facebook messenger.

  • Forward the collection email to the recipient for them to download the tickets themselves (they'll need the last 4 digits of the card number which is used for security)

  • Print the tickets off and hand them out the old-fashioned way (although the earth will thank you for using options 1 & 2)

You can only have 1 lead name on an order - so don't worry your friends will still gain access to the event, even if your name is on the ticket.

NB. Please be aware that if you screenshot the QR code within the app then a warning message about unauthorised duplication of tickets will be displayed but this doesn't mean that your tickets will be cancelled. We would advise using one of the above methods to send a ticket to someone else if needed.
