How do I send my tickets to someone else?

All you need to know about sending tickets to someone else

Updated over a week ago

If you need to send your entire order—or just individual tickets—from your Skiddle account to someone else, please follow the instructions below.

📦 How to Send a Whole Order to Another Skiddle Account

Skiddle does not currently support transferring an entire order from one user account to another. If you're looking to move your full order to a different Skiddle account, please refer to our Account Transfers FAQ for updates or alternative solutions.

🎟️ How to Send Individual Tickets from a Bulk Order

Skiddle does not offer the ability to split a single order across multiple accounts. However, you can share individual tickets from a bulk order with others. Here are your best options:

✅ Ticket Sharing Methods

  • Download and Send the Ticket PDF
Open your ticket collection email and download the PDF. Then send the ticket to your recipient via:

    • Text message

    • WhatsApp

    • Email

    • Bluetooth

    • AirDrop

    • Facebook Messenger

  • Use Apple Wallet to Share Tickets
If you’ve saved tickets to Apple Wallet:

    1. Tap the 'i' icon in the top-right corner of the ticket.

    2. Tap the share icon (a square with an arrow pointing up).

    3. Choose your preferred method: Text, WhatsApp, Email, Bluetooth, AirDrop, or Facebook Messenger.

  • Print and Distribute Tickets
Print the tickets and hand them out. (We recommend using digital methods when possible for environmental reasons.)

ℹ️ Important Information About Ticket Transfers

  • Single Lead Name: Each order has one lead name, which appears on all tickets.
However, this does not affect entry—individual guests can still use tickets even if their name isn’t listed.

  • Unique Barcodes: Every ticket contains a unique barcode and number.
Make sure each person has their own ticket with a distinct barcode to gain access to the event.
