If the event you have purchased tickets has been cancelled you'll automatically be refunded (where Skiddle hold the ticket funds) so you don't need to do anything.
If Skiddle do not hold the funds then we will be in touch via email with further timescales regarding your refund.
We can only process refunds if we are informed of the cancellation by the event promoter. If you have not received an email to confirm this, or the event is not showing as cancelled on Skiddle, please get in touch here, so we can pursue the matter on your behalf.
We realise an event cancellation is not your fault, so we will refund you the face value of your ticket purchase. Refund protection, booking fee and charity donations are non-refundable.
