If the event you purchased tickets for has been cancelled, the refund process depends on whether Skiddle holds the ticket funds.
💳 If Skiddle Holds the Ticket Funds
You will be automatically refunded the face value of your ticket(s).
No action is required from you.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
⏳ If Skiddle Does Not Hold the Ticket Funds
Skiddle operates as a self-service platform, acting as the intermediary between event organisers and customers. In cases where Skiddle does not hold the funds:
We must wait for the event organiser to return the funds before processing any refunds.
You will receive an email with estimated timescales once we’re able to proceed.
Please be patient — we will keep you updated as soon as we receive further information.
