How do I Re:Sell my ticket(s)?

I want to Re:Sell my tickets and how will I know if they have sold?

Updated this week

If you can no longer attend an event and would like to resell your ticket(s), follow these simple steps:

Requesting a Ticket Resale

  1. Find the relevant order and click "Request ticket resale".

Eligibility for Re:Sell

Not all orders are eligible for resale. To qualify, your ticket must meet the following criteria:

  • The event promoter must have enabled Re:Sell for that event.

  • The ticket type you purchased must be sold out.

If your order is not eligible for Re:Sell, you will see a message notifying you of this. In that case, consider the following alternatives:

  • Transfer your ticket privately to someone else.

  • Contact the event organiser to inquire about a refund.
