If your tickets are sent as posted but you would rather receive E-Tickets, this is something we can’t change.
Think of it this way - we don’t want to convert an order to Collection if the venue doesn’t hold stock/ the box office is closed - and we don’t want to convert to RapidScan E-Tickets if the venue doesn’t have the facility to scan people in.
