What Is Skiddle’s Role?
Skiddle is a ticket outlet providing a self-service platform for promoters and event organisers to list and sell tickets.
We do not control the delivery methods; these are chosen by the promoters or organisers based on their venue’s facilities.
Delivery Methods Available
Promoters and event organisers can select one or more of the following delivery methods when listing tickets:
1. Recorded/Posted Tickets
Your tickets will be posted to the address you provide during checkout.
Ensure your address is correct before completing your order to avoid delivery issues.
2. COBO (Care Of Box Office) / Collect Tickets
Your tickets will be available for collection at the venue on the day of the event.
You will receive an email outlining what to bring to collect your tickets, usually:
Your email confirmation
Photo ID matching the named order holder
If someone else will collect your tickets, you can change the name on your order via your order history before the event.
3. E-Tickets / RapidScan
Your tickets will be sent to your email immediately after purchase.
You can also access your tickets via the Skiddle app or at skiddle.com/orders.
For smooth entry, have your tickets:
Saved in the Skiddle app, or
Printed out, or
Saved on your phone ready to be scanned
How to Check Your Delivery Method
At the time of purchase, the selected delivery method will be clearly shown on the event page and checkout.
If you are unsure which delivery method applies to your order, check your:
Order confirmation email
Order history on Skiddle
Example: The promoter may select RapidScan only, with Posted/Recorded and COBO unavailable.
Important Notes
Skiddle has no influence over the delivery method chosen; this depends entirely on the venue and event organiser’s capabilities.
Always double-check your delivery details during checkout to avoid issues.
