How are my tickets delivered?

I'm not sure if my tickets are Recorded, COBO or RapidScan?

Please be aware, Skiddle is a ticket outlet that provides a self-service platform for promoters/event organisers to list and sell tickets.

Therefore, we provide 3 different delivery methods for promoters/event organisers to choose from.

At the time of purchase, you will be able to see what delivery method the promoter has selected. For example: On this occasion, the promoter has selected RapidScan and Posted (Recorded)/ Collect (COBO) are unavailable.

If you have purchased your tickets but are still unsure what delivery method the promoter has decided to use, please head over to your confirmation email or order history.

Recorded/Posted; your ticket(s) will be posted out to your selected address, so please ensure you have inputted the correct address before you complete your order.

COBO/Collect, Care Of Box Office; your ticket(s) will be available to collect at the event on the night.

You will be informed via email of anything you may need to bring to allow you to collect your tickets - this normally consists of your email confirmation, and Photo ID so make sure the named order holder is the one collecting the tickets.

If you need to change the name on the order to allow someone else to pick up your tickets, you can do so via your order history.

E-Tickets/RapidScan; your ticket(s) will be sent to you via email. You can also find your tickets via the Skiddle app, or over at skiddle.com/orders. Make sure you’ve got your tickets in the Skiddle app, saved to your phone or printed out, ready to be scanned when you arrive for smooth entry!

Please note, Skiddle has no influence on the selected delivery method, it is down to the facilities of the venue/ event organisers.
