To download the pdf version of your ticket(s), please locate your confirmation or collection email which was sent shortly after your booking was placed!
1) Within the email please click the link ‘Print or download your RapidScan PDFS’.
2) Due to security reasons, you will be requested to input the last 4 digits of the card used as well as the contact number. Once you have successfully passed this step, you will then be taken to this screen, please click 'Download PDF ticket'.
Please note: Adobe must be installed on your device for the ticket(s) to download successfully.
3) The PDF version of your ticket(s) will then appear and you can download them to your device.

Yes!
If you receive this red banner, please be aware the promoter has suspended the barcodes. Therefore, you will only be able to access the ticket(s) on the date stated.
