Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Locate Your Confirmation Email
After placing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email.
Open this email to find the download link.
2. Click the Download Link
In your confirmation email, click the link that says “Press here to Download a PDF”
3. Verify Your Information
For security purposes, you will be prompted to enter either:
The last 4 digits of the card used for the purchase, or
Your contact number.
Once you enter the correct information, you will be directed to a new screen.
4. Download Your Ticket(s)
On the new screen, click “Download PDF ticket” to save your ticket(s) as a PDF.
Important: Each ticket purchased has a separate PDF file with its own barcode, so repeat this process for every ticket.
Please note: Adobe must be installed on your device for the ticket(s) to download successfully.
What to Do If You Encounter a Red Banner
If you see a red banner when trying to download your ticket(s), this means the promoter has temporarily suspended the barcodes. In this case, you can only access your ticket(s) on the date stated in your confirmation email.
