Why Wait Until the Day Before the Event?
You might wonder why we advise you to wait until the day before the event before taking further action.
This wait gives Royal Mail enough time to deliver your tickets to your address.
Acting too early and requesting an alternative delivery method could cause duplicate tickets, which we want to avoid at all costs.
What Happens If Tickets Still Haven’t Arrived the Day Before?
Once you confirm that your tickets still haven’t arrived the day before the event,
We will contact the event promoter on your behalf.
The promoter will suggest an alternative delivery method, usually one of the following:
Collection (COBO) at the venue, or
E-Tickets / RapidScan (digital tickets sent by email)
We will then update your order accordingly and email you the instructions for ticket collection or download.
Important Note
Skiddle does not influence the delivery method; this is determined by the venue and event organisers based on their facilities.
