Is your event coming up in the next few days and your posted tickets still haven't arrived?

One of our agents will pick up your request and advise you to wait until the day before the event to contact us again.
You may be wondering that's too close to the event? The reason why we advise this is because it gives Royal Mail ample opportunity to deliver your tickets to your door. If we suggest an alternative delivery method prior to this, it can result in duplicate tickets - which we want to avoid at all costs.
Once you have confirmed the tickets still haven't arrived & it's the day before the event we will contact the promoter for them to suggest an alternative delivery method, this will either be Collection, or E-Tickets/RapidScan. We will then amend accordingly and contact you via email with collection or download instructions.
Please be aware, Skiddle has no influence on the selected delivery method, it is down to the facilities of the venue/ event organisers.
