How Ticket Printing and Dispatch Work at Skiddle

At Skiddle, we do not print tickets ourselves. Instead, we request printed tickets from third-party companies or venues. Because of this process:

  • Printed tickets usually arrive at Skiddle a few weeks before the event.

  • We begin dispatching tickets approximately 2 weeks before the event date.

  • This timing ensures your tickets arrive with enough time for delivery and reduces the risk of tickets being misplaced if sent too early (e.g., months in advance).

What If I Haven’t Received My Tickets?

  • If you have not received your dispatch email at least 1 week before the event,

  • Or if you have not received your tickets by the day before the event,

please contact Skiddle Customer Support immediately for assistance.
