How Ticket Printing and Dispatch Work at Skiddle
At Skiddle, we do not print tickets ourselves. Instead, we request printed tickets from third-party companies or venues. Because of this process:
Printed tickets usually arrive at Skiddle a few weeks before the event.
We begin dispatching tickets approximately 2 weeks before the event date.
This timing ensures your tickets arrive with enough time for delivery and reduces the risk of tickets being misplaced if sent too early (e.g., months in advance).
What If I Haven’t Received My Tickets?
If you have not received your dispatch email at least 1 week before the event,
