Here at Skiddle, we have to request stock to be printed from other companies/ venues, so we don’t actually receive your printed tickets until a few weeks before the event.
We then start dispatching tickets around 2 weeks before the event - this is so the post has plenty of time to get to you, and there is less chance of customers misplacing their tickets before the event. (Imagine if we sent you a ticket 6 months before the event, and in that time you moved house - chaos!)
If you have not received your dispatch email at least 1 week before the event or if you have not received your tickets the day before the event, please contact Skiddle Customer Support!
