Losing a ticket is another level of stress! We've all been there so don't panic, we have got you covered.

If you have lost your posted ticket, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can find an alternative way of getting your ticket(s) to you.

We will have to contact the promoters on your behalf, so once they have responded & decided on the alternative delivery method, we will then go ahead and amend the delivery method. They will either choose Collection (COBO), or E-Tickets/RapidScan.

Please be aware, Skiddle has no influence on the selected delivery method, it is down to the facilities of the venue/ event organisers.

Please note: If you have lost your ticket, no refunds will be honoured.
