Losing a ticket can be stressful, but don’t worry — Skiddle is here to help!

Steps to Take If You’ve Lost Your Ticket

  1. Contact Skiddle Customer Support as soon as possible to report your lost ticket.

  2. We will then contact the event promoters on your behalf to arrange an alternative delivery method.

  3. The promoters will decide on the alternative delivery option, which is usually one of the following:

    • Collection (COBO) at the venue, or

    • E-Tickets / RapidScan (digital tickets sent via email)

  4. Once confirmed, we will update your order with the new delivery method.

  5. We will notify you via email about the updated delivery method, and you can also check the status of your tickets at skiddle.com/orders.


Important Information

  • Skiddle does not control the delivery method selected; this is decided by the venue or event organisers based on their available facilities.

  • If you lose your ticket and do not contact Skiddle Customer Support before the event, please note that no face-value refunds will be issued.
