Losing a ticket is another level of stress! We've all been there so don't panic, we have got you covered.
If you have lost your posted ticket, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can find an alternative way of getting your ticket(s) to you.
Once you have gotten in touch, we will contact the promoters on your behalf. When they have responded and decided on the alternative delivery method, we will then go ahead and amend the delivery method. They will either choose Collection (COBO), or E-Tickets/RapidScan.
We will be in touch to confirm how your tickets will be delivered, but this can also be found via skiddle.com/orders.
Please be aware, Skiddle has no influence on the selected delivery method, it is down to the facilities of the venue/ event organisers.
Please note: If you have lost your ticket, and have not got in touch with Skiddle Customer Support before the event, no face-value refunds will be honoured.
