As agreed upon purchase, Refund Protection is non-refundable.

Refund Protection is an opt-in service that covers unforeseen circumstances preventing you from attending a scheduled event, such as bodily accident/illness or transport delays.

This is a product that protects you for a multitude of reasons, but if those unforeseen circumstances don't arise then you still have the peace of mind that you were covered if the event had taken place.

You are, however, able to claim back your booking fee as a credit to your Skiddle account.
