What Happens After You Submit a Refund Protection Claim?
Once you submit a claim through Refund Protection (provided by TicketPlan), the following steps take place:
A hold is placed on your Skiddle order.
During this time, you will no longer have access to your barcoded tickets.
Skiddle will not process a refund—all refund claims must go through TicketPlan.
Important Information When Submitting a Claim
When you submit a claim to TicketPlan:
You are declaring that you believe your claim is valid.
You must provide all required supporting documentation.
Failure to include necessary documents will likely cause delays in processing.
⚠️ Skiddle cannot check the status of your Refund Protection claim.
All inquiries must be directed to TicketPlan.
What If My Claim Is Declined?
If your claim is not approved by TicketPlan:
Your original Skiddle order will be reinstated automatically.
You will regain full access to your tickets via www.skiddle.com/orders.
