Once you submit a claim to Refund Protection and whilst your claim is outstanding, a hold is placed on your order with Skiddle. You will no longer have access to your barcoded tickets.
This route would need to be pursued directly via Refund Protection (Provided by TicketPlan) as opposed to receiving a refund via Skiddle.
Please also be aware that when submitting your claim, you are also confirming that you are of the belief you have a valid claim and relevant supporting documents. If said documents are not provided you will experience delays.
If your claim is declined for whatever reason, your order will be reinstated and you will have full access to your tickets by heading to www.skiddle.com/orders.
