Are Booking Fees Refundable?

Booking fees are non-refundable across all booking platforms. However, Skiddle offers a unique option—you can claim the value of your booking fee as account credit so you don’t lose the money spent.

How Does the Refund Process Work?

When a refund is processed (either automatically or through your order history), you will receive a face-value refund only. You will then be presented with the option to claim your booking fee as credit.

Here’s how the process works:

  • After your refund is processed, check your refund confirmation email.

  • This email will contain a link to claim your booking fee as credit.

  • You must click this link within one month of receiving the email.

  • Once claimed, the credit remains valid for 12 months.
