As agreed upon purchase, booking fees are non-refundable. This is across the board with all booking platforms, however, Skiddle are one of the only platforms to offer it in form of a credit, so you don't lose out on the money spent.
When you are refunded or opt for a refund via your order history it will inform you that we have processed a face-value only refund. You will then be given the option to claim the booking fee as credit.

Claiming your booking fee credit is easy and once claimed remains valid for 12 months🎉
Simply click the link contained within your refund confirmation email within one month. If you have misplaced this email, contact our Customer Care team who will be able to resend this to you!

Simply head to your www.skiddle.com/orders.
Can I transfer the credit to another Skiddle account? / I can’t access my Skiddle account to use my booking fee credit?
The credit will only be available on the account it is claimed on.
Please be aware, you are unable to use booking fee credit towards payment plan purchases, Skiddle Entertainment purchases or events that use third-party payment processors.
You can always move the tickets to your new account after purchasing. For more info on this please head here.
