If you submit a claim through Refund Protection and your claim is successful, TicketPlan will refund the face value of your ticket, the booking fee, and the delivery/handling fee.

Please be aware, the only items which are not refunded and are deducted upon settlement of the claim are the Refund Protection fee and any charitable donations.
