If you submit a claim through Refund Protection and your claim is successful, the insurer (Vista or TicketPlan) will refund the face value of your ticket, the booking fee, and the postage (unused).

Please be aware, the only items which are not refunded and are deducted upon settlement of the claim are the Refund Protection fee and any charitable donations.
