🔍 How to Find Your Order Using the Skiddle Order Finder Tool

To quickly locate your ticket order, use our Order Finder Tool available at:

To successfully retrieve your order, please enter all of the following information exactly as it was used at checkout:

  • Surname (last name of the person who placed the order)

  • Last 4 digits of the payment card used to make the purchase

  • Phone number provided at the time of booking

  • Total order amount (e.g. £28.50)

💡 Make sure all the details match exactly with what was entered when the order was placed.

📄 What You'll See Once Your Order is Found

Once your order is located, you will be able to view:

  • The email address used to place the order

  • The purchase date of your tickets

  • Instructions on how to access your tickets

  • A guide on how to update your email address, if needed

❗ Troubleshooting: "Order Not Found" Message

If you receive an "Order Not Found" error, try the following steps:

  • Double-check all entered information for typos or errors

  • Confirm you’re using the correct payment card details

  • Ensure you are entering the exact amount you were charged, including pence (e.g. £28.50, not £28)

  • Try any alternative phone numbers or email addresses you may have used during booking
