If your ticket(s) are missing from your account, it’s likely due to a mismatch between the email address used for the purchase and the one you're currently signed in with.
Confirm You’re Logged Into the Correct Account
To view your tickets, you must be signed into the same account that was used to place the order. Here’s how to check:
On the App:
Open the app.
Tap "More" in the menu.
Your signed-in email address will be shown at the top of the screen.
Compare this email to the one that received your order confirmation.
Without the App:
Look at the email receipt you received after your purchase.
The receipt will include the correct email address associated with your ticket order.
Please note: This may differ from the email address that received the email, especially if the tickets were forwarded or gifted.
