I have a duplicate charge on my account

If you are unsure if your order has been processed, always head to www.skiddle.com/orders before rebooking to avoid your order duplicating.


Completed orders will show in your order history.

Duplicated orders will also show on your online banking transactions as ‘pending’ if a duplicated order has been completed. Skiddle transactions are shown as - SKIDDLE*name of the event*

For example, SKIDDLE*FourTetXWHP

If you feel that you have a duplicated order, please get in touch as soon as possible by sending our Customer Support team a screenshot of your bank statement which shows the exact amounts debited and the date of the transactions. You can block out any other sensitive information. A member of the team will then be in touch to advise you of the next steps.
