Why have I been charged twice for my order?

I have a duplicate charge on my account

If you are unsure whether your order has been processed, always check your order history at www.skiddle.com/orders before attempting to rebook.
This will help you avoid creating duplicate orders.

How to Confirm Your Order Status

  • Completed orders will appear in your Skiddle order history.

  • Duplicate orders may also appear in your online banking as a 'pending' transaction if a duplicated order has been processed.

  • Skiddle transactions on your bank statement will appear as:

    • SKIDDLE*Name of the Event

Example:
If you booked tickets for Four Tet at WHP, the transaction would show as:
SKIDDLE*FourTetXWHP
