Why have I been charged twice for my order?

I have a duplicate charge on my account

If you are unsure if your order has been processed, always head to before rebooking to avoid your order duplicating.

Completed orders will show in your order history.

Duplicated orders will also show on your online banking transactions as ‘pending’ if a duplicated order has been completed. Skiddle transactions are shown as - SKIDDLE*name of the event*

For example, SKIDDLE*FourTetXWHP

If you feel that you have a duplicated order, please get in touch as soon as possible by sending our Customer Care team a screenshot of your bank statement which shows the exact amounts debited and the date of the transactions. You can block out any other sensitive information. A member of the team will then be in touch to advise you of the next steps.
