If you feel that you have a duplicated order, please get in touch as soon as possible by sending our Customer Care team a screenshot of your bank statement which shows the exact amounts debited and the date of the transactions. You can block out any other sensitive information. A member of the team will then be in touch to advise you of the next steps.
