To change the lead name on your order just head to skiddle.com/orders.
* note you cannot amend the name on the Skiddle app.
Please be aware, that you can only amend the name per order as we don’t have the facility to add names to individual tickets. Don't worry though as this will not affect any person's entry and all tickets on your order will be valid for the quantity selected upon purchase.
When editing the email address on your order, please ensure the new recipient has set up a Skiddle account using that email address, otherwise, they may not be able to access the tickets.
Finally, you will have to confirm the details you have inputted are correct. Once you have clicked 'confirm change' the order will no longer appear in your order history.
You will receive an email to confirm it has been transferred successfully & the new recipient will receive an order confirmation as well as be able to access the ticket(s) in their 'order history/ my tickets' section.
If you have transferred the tickets but the order is not showing in the new recipient's Skiddle account, please ask them to contact our customer support team. You can contact our team via the support bot (bottom right).
