You can update the lead name on your order by visiting skiddle.com/orders from a web browser.
Important: This feature is not available in the Skiddle mobile app. Please use a desktop or mobile browser.
Limitations of Lead Name Changes
You can only change the lead name for the entire order.
It is not possible to assign names to individual tickets within the order.
This will not affect entry to the event. All tickets in the order remain valid for the quantity you originally purchased.
Steps to Change the Lead Name
Go to skiddle.com/orders and log in to your account.
Locate your order and select the option to change the lead name.
Enter the new lead name and/or email address for the recipient
⚠️ If you're also changing the email address, please ensure the new recipient has already created a Skiddle account using that email. If not, they may not be able to access the tickets.
Review and confirm the details you've entered.
Click ‘Confirm Change’ to finalise the update.
Once confirmed:
The order will no longer appear in your Skiddle account’s Order History.
You will receive an email confirmation.
The new recipient will receive an order confirmation email and can access the tickets in ‘My Tickets’ under their Skiddle account.
Troubleshooting: Recipient Can’t See the Tickets
If the recipient cannot view the tickets in their account:
Ask them to check they’re logged in with the correct email address.
If the issue persists, they should contact our customer support team for assistance.
