Can I Change My Address After Placing an Order?

Yes — you can update your delivery address, but only within a limited time window.

You have up to 1 hour after receiving your dispatch email to make changes.

This time limit exists because Royal Mail collects our post at a specific time each day, and changes can only be made before this collection.

How to Update Your Address

To amend your address, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Order History.

  2. Locate the order you wish to update.

  3. Click ‘Manage Order / View Order Overview’.

  4. Scroll down and select ‘Edit My Details’.

  5. Update your delivery address and save the changes.

✅ If your tickets have not yet been dispatched, no further action is required.

What If I've Already Received My Dispatch Email?

If you’ve received your dispatch confirmation and are within the 1-hour window:

  • Call us immediately at 0333 301 0101.

  • Let our team know that you need to update your delivery address before the envelope is sent out.
