Yes. Your address can be changed up until 1 hour after you receive your dispatch email. We only have this hour window due to the Royal Mail collecting our post at a certain time in the day.
To amend your address, please head to your order history and locate your order.
Press 'Manage Order/ View Order Overview'
Scroll down and press 'Edit my details' to amend your address.
If your tickets have not yet been dispatched, there is nothing further you need to do.
If you have already received your dispatch email, please give us a call on 0333 301 0101 to alert us that we need to change your address on the envelope.
