Skiddle can change the email address attached to an order, though not the email address that your account has been made under, as this is the defining factor between Skiddle accounts.
You can create a new Skiddle account with a different email address by heading to skiddle.com/login and press 'Register'. This is located just above the login button.
Once you have done this, you are able to contact Skiddle Customer Support and request for your order(s) on your original email address and Skiddle account to be moved to your current email address and new Skiddle account.
Please be aware that we cannot move orders to an email address if there is not a Skiddle account created for it.
We can however change the email address in which you will receive communications from Skiddle (order confirmation email, event updates, etc), so you can still access the PDF version of your tickets.
