No, Skiddle cannot change the email address associated with your Skiddle account. Your email address is the unique identifier for your account, so it cannot be altered once the account is created.
Can I Change the Email Address Attached to an Order?
Yes, Skiddle can update the email address associated with your order—but not your account.
Here’s how to request this:
Create a new Skiddle account using your preferred email address:
Visit skiddle.com/login
Click "Register", located just above the login button.
Complete the registration process using your new email address.
Contact Skiddle Customer Support:
Request that your order(s) from your original email address and account be transferred to your new email address and account.
Make sure you have already created the new Skiddle account before reaching out. We cannot move orders to an email address unless a Skiddle account exists for it.
What If I Only Want to Receive Emails at a New Address?
If you don’t need to move your order or account, but just want Skiddle communications sent to a different email address:
