Royal Mail have returned my tickets to sender, what do I need to do?

Post may be ‘returned to sender’ if your address is incomplete, if you are away at the time of delivery, or if you have provided an old address to where the order has been refused.

If your Royal Mail status shows that your order has been returned to sender, Skiddle will be in touch once the order arrives back at our office to arrange re-delivery. Please note, we will need to charge £3.25 to the original card used at purchase to cover the cost of re-delivery.

If you don’t hear from us within 2 days of the event, please get in touch with us to discuss your options via our chat bot or phone call.
