Royal Mail have returned my tickets to sender, what do I need to do?

Updated over a week ago

Why Might Post Be Returned?

Your tickets may be returned to sender by Royal Mail if:

  • Your address is incomplete or incorrect.

  • You are away at the time of delivery.

  • You provided an old address, and the delivery was refused.

What Happens Next?

  • If Royal Mail returns your order to Skiddle, we will contact you once the tickets arrive back at our office.

  • We will then arrange to re-deliver your tickets to the correct address.

  • Please note, there is a £3.25 re-delivery fee, which will be charged to the original payment card used for the purchase.

What If You Don’t Hear From Us?

  • If you have not received any communication from Skiddle within 2 days of the event, please reach out to us directly.

  • You can contact us via our chatbot or by phone call to discuss your options.
