My order has been signed for but the tickets aren’t at my house?

I've checked with my neighbours but I can't find my tickets!

If your order status shows as ‘Delivered’ on the Royal Mail tracking website but you have not received your tickets, please:

  • Contact Royal Mail directly to request more information.

  • They may be able to provide an exact delivery address or details about whether your package was left with a neighbour or at a nearby safe location.
