You do not need the last 4 digits of your card to access your tickets if you use one of the following methods:

Option 1: Use Your Phone Number

If your phone number was included at the time of booking, you can retrieve your tickets using that number instead.

Option 2: Log In via the Skiddle App or Website

If your card has changed, or you don’t remember the last 4 digits, the easiest way to access your tickets is through the Skiddle app or website.

  • Download the Skiddle app from your app store.

  • Log in using your email address or phone number associated with the order.

  • Navigate to My Tickets or visit skiddle.com/orders to view your order.

Yes. If you've received a ticket collection email, it means your email is registered in our system. You can use that email to log into the app or website, then follow the instructions above to retrieve your tickets.

⚠️ Why You Might Still Need the Last 4 Digits

Some features on the site (such as downloading the PDF version of your tickets) may still require:

  • The last 4 digits of the card used, or

  • The phone number used during booking

Make sure you have one of these details handy when accessing or printing your ticket(s).

Note: If you paid via PayPal, the last 4 digits will default to 0000.
