In order to prevent ticket touting and unauthorised duplication, your Rapidscan barcodes may be temporarily suspended. This action is taken by the event organiser and not Skiddle. As a result, Skiddle cannot release your tickets any earlier than the specified date and time listed in your order.
When Can I Download My Tickets?
Tickets will typically be available for download up to 1 day before the event.
To check the availability of your tickets, follow these steps:
Skiddle App: Visit the 'Tickets' tab, then select your event.
Skiddle Website: Go to your Order History page to check the status of your tickets.
Transferring Tickets and Updating Information
If you are passing on your tickets or bought them as a gift, you can still transfer the ownership or update the name on the tickets. The recipient will have access to the barcodes once the tickets are available for download.
