In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended.
This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle are unable to release your tickets to you any sooner than the date and time stated under your order.
Please check when your ticket(s) can be downloaded. This can be up to 1 day before the event.
To check this, visit the 'tickets' tab on the app and click on your event. Alternatively, visit your order history on the Skiddle web page.
Please note, if you're passing on the tickets or bought them as a gift, then please don't worry you can update the name and/or transfer the ownership so that the recipient will have access to the barcodes once the tickets are available to download.
