How do I make a complaint?

I want to make a complaint about my ticket purchase

Updated over a week ago

At Skiddle, we are committed to delivering the best possible service to our customers. We welcome all feedback — whether it is a compliment or a complaint. Your feedback is valuable as it helps us:

  • Improve our services wherever possible

  • Provide a better customer experience

  • Help you discover and enjoy events you love

Complaints About Event Management

If your complaint relates to the running or management of an event — such as issues with the venue, performance, or event schedule — you will need to contact the event organiser directly. Skiddle does not manage the operational aspects of events.

Submitting a Formal Complaint About Skiddle Services

If you wish to make a formal complaint about a service Skiddle provides, please submit your complaint in writing through one of the following methods:

  • Submit a Request via Our Chatbot
Access our chatbot on the Skiddle website and request for your complaint to be escalated to the Customer Support Line Manager.

  • Send a Letter by Post
    Write to us at:
    Skiddle Ltd
    PO Box 692
    Preston, PR3 8BB

Please note: complaints must be submitted in writing. However, in line with the requirements of the Legislation.gov.uk - Equality Act 2010, we can make reasonable adjustments to assist you if you have a disability that prevents you from making your complaint in writing.
