I purchased some tickets from Skiddle Entertainment but I'm unsure of who to contact for help?

How to Get Support

Please contact Skiddle Customer Support via our chatbot (available in the bottom right-hand corner of the page).

  • One of our team members will handle your enquiry and liaise directly with Ingresso—our partner who powers Skiddle Entertainment bookings.

Why Do We Contact Ingresso?

Skiddle Entertainment is a specialised platform powered by Ingresso, which handles all theatre and attraction ticketing.

Due to system limitations, Skiddle Customer Support can only:

  • Resend your confirmation email

  • Update the email address linked to your booking

For all other booking-related issues, we must contact Ingresso on your behalf.
