What to do if you experience issues with an event you attend

We are very sorry to hear you experienced an issue with the event you attended as we take in good faith that they take place as advertised.

Please be aware that Skiddle are the ticket agent, not the event organiser and the running of the event/venue is entirely down to the event promoter.

As such it is unfortunately very difficult for us to mediate in any disputes or refund requests of this nature. In addition, we pass the face value of your ticket onto the promoter once the event has taken place for them to cover their costs.

It goes without saying that at Skiddle we don't like to learn of anyone's disappointment at any of the events or services our customers have purchased tickets for. However, any decisions regarding refunds lie entirely with the organisers.

We're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy yourself but please contact the organisers directly to raise any issues or request a refund.
