We are very sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the event you attended. We trust that events take place as advertised and aim for all customers to have a positive experience.


Skiddle’s Role as Ticket Agent

Please note that Skiddle acts solely as the ticket agent and does not organise or manage the event or venue. The running and management of the event is the responsibility of the event promoter.


Refunds and Dispute Resolution

  • Because we are not responsible for event organisation, it is very difficult for us to mediate disputes or refund requests related to event experience.

  • The face value of your ticket is passed directly to the event promoter after the event, who uses these funds to cover costs.

  • All decisions regarding refunds or compensation are made by the event organisers.

  • Raise your concerns

  • Request a refund (if applicable)
