Please double-check the email address that you ordered your tickets with. Sometimes this can be different to the one you are used to using, for example, an old email address linked to your Facebook or your confirmation email may have slipped into your Junk/Spam.

You can resend your email confirmation to yourself or an alternative address at any time by heading to>'Resend Receipt'

To help us locate your ticket(s) more quickly, we may ask you to send in a screenshot of your bank statement displaying the exact amount debited and the date the transaction was made.
