How to Resend Your Confirmation Email

You can do this through your Skiddle account or by using our Order Finder tool.

Option 1: Resend Through Your Skiddle Account

You can resend your confirmation email to yourself or another email address by following these steps:

  1. Log into your Skiddle account.

  2. Click Manage Order or View Order Overview next to the relevant order.

  3. Select Resend Receipt to send the confirmation email again.

Option 2: Use the Order Finder (If You Can't Log In)

If you're unable to access your account or you're unsure which email address your tickets are linked to:

  • Visit our Order Finder.

  • Enter the required details (such as your name and the last four digits of the payment card used).

  • The tool will locate your order and give you the option to resend your confirmation email.
