Why can't I request a refund through Cool:Off?

Cool:Off is only available for events where the event promoter has opted in. This means not all events on Skiddle will offer a Cool:Off refund option.

How to Check if Cool:Off Is Enabled for an Event

There are three ways to confirm whether Cool:Off is available:

  1. Event Page
    If Cool:Off is enabled, a Cool:Off banner will be clearly displayed on the event page on Skiddle.

  2. Ticket Collection Email
    Your confirmation or ticket collection email will indicate whether your order is Cool:Off eligible.

  3. Order History
    Visit www.skiddle.com/orders.
    If your order is eligible, you’ll see a “Request Cool:Off refund” button next to the relevant event.

If you do not see any of these indicators, the event is not eligible for a Cool:Off refund.
