Please allow up to 30 working days (not including bank holidays) for the funds to reach your account.
We also would advise referring to your refund confirmation email to ensure you are checking the correct bank account.
If after this timeframe the funds still haven’t been reflected on your account, then please reach out to Skiddle Customer Care and we’ll be happy to look into this further for you. Please note that we are unable to look into queries of this nature before 30 working days have elapsed.
Don't forget that if your card has changed but the linked account remains open then this won't affect your refund. More information about this can be found here.
