Why haven't I received my refund?

My refund hasn’t landed in my account

Please note: This article references reasons in which you may have not received your refund after a refund has been processed.

If you are expecting a refund but have not yet received a refund confirmation email, please refer to any communication you have been send via email.


Please allow up to 30 working days (not including bank holidays) for the funds to reach your account.

Please be aware, this only applies from when a refund has been processed.

We also would advise referring to your refund confirmation email to ensure you are checking the correct bank account.

If after this timeframe the funds still haven’t been reflected on your account, then please reach out to Skiddle Customer Care and we’ll be happy to look into this further for you. Please note that we are unable to look into queries of this nature before 30 working days have elapsed.

Don't forget that if your card has changed but the linked account remains open then this won't affect your refund. More information about this can be found here.
