Why haven't I received my refund?

My refund hasn’t landed in my account

Updated over a week ago

This article outlines possible reasons you may not have received your refund after it has been processed. Please review the sections below carefully.

📧 Refund Confirmation Email Not Received

If you're expecting a refund but haven’t received a refund confirmation email:

  • Check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for any communication from us.

  • Ensure you're checking the email address associated with your ticket purchase.

🔔 Note: A refund confirmation email is sent only after a refund has been officially processed.

⏱ Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund has been processed:

  • Please allow up to 30 working days (excluding bank holidays) for the funds to appear in your account.

  • This timeframe begins from the date the refund is processed, not the event date.

💳 Important Refund Considerations

  • Card changes: If your card has changed but the linked bank account is still open, your refund will still be credited to that account.

  • Check the correct account: Refer to your refund confirmation email to verify which account the refund was sent to.

📌 If Your Refund Has Not Been Processed

If you haven't received a refund confirmation email and believe a refund is due, please review the following FAQs:

❓ The event has been postponed — can I have a refund?

Please check the specific event page or your event communication. Refund policies for postponed events vary.

❓ The event has been cancelled — can I have a refund?

In most cases, cancelled events are eligible for refunds. Refer to your event details or refund policy email for more information.
