If the event you have purchased tickets for has been postponed then you will have received a notification email. If you are unable to attend the new date and would like a refund then just head to your order history and click 'claim face-value refund'.

You will then be prompted to enter the last 4 digits of your original payment card or contact number to confirm the refund. If you no longer have either of these then please get in touch.

Please note: there is a 7-day timeframe to request your refund
