How do I process my refund if I can’t attend the rescheduled date?

I can't attend the new date, how do I get a refund?

If the event you purchased tickets for has been postponed, you should have received an email notification with instructions regarding your options.

🎟️ Unable to Attend the New Date?

If you’re unable to attend the rescheduled event and would like a refund, you can request a face-value refund by following these steps:

✅ How to Request Your Refund

  1. Log in to your Skiddle account.

  2. Go to your Order History.

  3. Click on ‘Claim face-value refund’ next to the relevant order.

  4. Enter the last 4 digits of your original payment card or your contact number to confirm the refund.

💡 If you don’t remember your payment or contact details:

  • You can find them in your order confirmation email.

  • If you no longer have this email, please get in touch with our support team (see contact details below).

⏳ Refund Timeframe

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the postponement notification.

  • After this period, refund eligibility cannot be guaranteed.
