If the event you have purchased tickets for has been postponed then you will have received a notification email. If you are unable to attend the new date and would like a refund then just head to your order history and click 'claim face-value refund'.
You will then be prompted to enter the last 4 digits of your original payment card or contact number to confirm the refund. If you cannot remember your details you can find these on your confirmation email, however, if you no longer have either of these then please get in touch.
Please note: there is a 7-day timeframe to request your refund
