If you’re unable to attend the rescheduled event and would like a refund, you can request a face-value refund by following these steps:
✅ How to Request Your Refund
Log in to your Skiddle account.
Go to your Order History.
Click on ‘Claim face-value refund’ next to the relevant order.
Enter the last 4 digits of your original payment card or your contact number to confirm the refund.

You can find them in your order confirmation email.
If you no longer have this email, please get in touch with our support team (see contact details below).
⏳ Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the postponement notification.
After this period, refund eligibility cannot be guaranteed.
