As you can appreciate, there is a lot of organising that goes on behind the scenes to rearrange an entire event/festival, so we ask for your continued patience and understanding whilst this is happening.

In some cases, the event organiser may opt to offer refunds before the rescheduled date has been announced in which you will be notified of via email.
