Why Your Payment Plan May Be Paused
Your order will be placed on pause if we are unable to take payment after three failed attempts. This typically occurs on the:
Original payment date
2nd of the month (first retry)
5th of the month (final retry)
How to Reactivate a Paused Payment Plan
To reactivate your plan and resume payments:
Update your card details at www.skiddle.com/orders
π You must do this even if you're using the same card.
Once your card has been updated:
We will automatically attempt payment the following day, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Any missed installments will also be charged at this time.
Important: Act Early
β° Please make sure your payment details are updated with plenty of time before your event date to avoid complications.
If your payment details are not updated:
β Your order will remain paused
β You may not receive your tickets
On the Day of the Event
If you contact Skiddle Customer Support on the day of your event with unpaid installments:
We will not be able to process payment or reinstate your plan
