Your order will be placed on pause if we’re unable to take payment on the third attempt. To reactivate the plan, you will need to update the card details - even if it’s the same card. Once you have done this, payment will automatically be attempted the next day (including Saturday and Sunday).

Payment will also be taken for any outstanding instalments that have been missed - more information regarding this can be found here.

If the payment details aren't updated, then the order will remain on pause.
