What is Ticket Delivery via Venue App?

Ticket Delivery via Venue App is a new delivery method where tickets purchased through Skiddle are made available exclusively within the venue’s official ticketing app—not through Skiddle or the Skiddle app.

Key Details:

  • Skiddle manages the purchase and confirmation of tickets.

  • Orders are then synced with Ticketmaster (on behalf of the venue).

  • Ticketmaster will make the tickets accessible via the venue’s app within 30 days of the event.

  • No barcodes or tickets will appear in your Skiddle account or the Skiddle app.


Managing Your Order Details

Before 30 Days Prior to the Event:

  • You can edit your ticket details (such as attendee name or email) by visiting your Skiddle Order History.

  • Edits are allowed until 30 days before the event date.

Within 30 Days of the Event:

  • You cannot edit ticket details yourself once the event is less than 30 days away.

  • If changes are needed (e.g., correcting a misspelled name or wrong email), you must contact Skiddle Customer Support.

🔒 Important: We do not allow ticket transfers to other individuals. Changes will only be approved for corrections (e.g. spelling errors or incorrect contact information).


Where Will My Tickets Be?

  • Your tickets will not be stored in your Skiddle account or app.

  • You will access your tickets via the venue’s official ticketing app, made available by Ticketmaster.

  • Ticket availability will appear in the venue’s app within 30 days of the event.
