An entry refusal is at the discretion of the event promoters and door staff. They reserve the right to do so for health and safety or any other reason they feel is reasonable (such as drunkenness or inappropriate attire).

We ask that you contact the venue or promoter should you have any queries regarding an entry refusal.

Please be aware that Skiddle do not run the door at these events, so we are unfortunately unable to mediate in requests for refunds.

Any refunds of this nature are at the discretion of the event organiser not the door staff so I would best advise contacting the event organiser and/or venue directly via their social media platforms if you would like to take this matter further.
