Skiddle does not and cannot provide VAT receipts for ticket purchases made through our platform.
This is because Skiddle acts as a ticket agent, selling tickets on behalf of independent event promoters, rather than as the event organiser.
How to Obtain a VAT Receipt
If you require a VAT receipt, please follow these steps:
Contact the event promoter directly: They are responsible for issuing VAT receipts, not Skiddle.
Verify if the promoter is VAT registered: Only promoters who are VAT registered can provide you with a valid VAT receipt.
Request the receipt: When contacting the promoter, specify the event details and your order information to assist them in processing your request.
Note: If the promoter is not VAT registered, they will not be able to issue a VAT receipt.
