Why you may have to contact the event organisers to obtain a refund

Skiddle is an intermediary ticketing outlet that provides a self-service platform for promoters/event organisers to list and sell tickets.

Due to this, we ask that you contact the event organiser directly regarding a refund request which has been raised outside of the timeframe provided, as all refunds of this nature must be authorised by them.

Once a refund window and timeframe has passed where Skiddle had authorisation to process refunds, all discretion now lies with the event organiser.

If the refund is granted, they will contact Skiddle directly to let us know and we will be more than happy to issue this on their behalf.
