I was refused entry at an event, who do I contact?

We're sorry to hear you didn't get into your event.

Please be aware that Skiddle is solely the ticket provider and has no influence over the organisation or staffing of the event. Due to this, we are unable to offer refunds for these situations.

The security and door staff have the right to refuse entry on the night of the event for multiple reasons and this decision lies with them.

If you wish to take this further, please contact the promoter directly. We often find that the promoters we work with are most responsive to social media and with that in mind, I'd advise dropping them a message on their Facebook page.
