How do I contact the event organiser if I can no longer obtain a refund for a postponed event?

How to refer your order to the event organisers

Skiddle’s Role as an Intermediary Ticketing Platform

Skiddle provides a self-service platform for promoters and event organisers to list and sell tickets directly. We act as an intermediary to facilitate this process.

Contacting Event Organisers After the Refund Window

  • If you are outside the 7-day refund window following an event postponement, you can now contact the event organiser directly through your order history on Skiddle.

  • This contact option is available for 7 days after the refund window expires.

Using the Promoter Contact Form System

  • We have developed a Promoter Contact form within Skiddle to keep all communication in one place.

  • This system helps us handle refund requests more efficiently.

  • You won’t need to provide screenshots or copies of communication with the organiser when using this form.

Important Notes

  • Some event organisers may opt out of this contact method. If so, please visit alternative contact options here.

  • If you do not receive a reply from the event organiser, it may mean your refund request has been declined.

  • In this case, you will need to transfer your tickets privately to avoid losing the money spent.
