If you’re unable to get a refund within your order history following an event postponement due to being outside of the time frame provided, then you will now have the ability to contact the event organiser (available for 7 days after the timeframe expires) directly via your order history.

We have developed this system so that all communication is contained within Skiddle and we can handle refund requests more efficiently as you won’t be asked to provide screenshots or copies of communication with the organiser.

Please note that some event organisers may opt-out of being contacted by customers this way and if this is the case then please head here.

If you haven’t had a reply from the event organisers this may be that your refund request has been declined. If this is the case, you will need to pass on your tickets privately to ensure that you don't lose out on the money spent.
