Contacting Event Organisers After the Refund Window
If you are outside the 7-day refund window following an event postponement, you can now contact the event organiser directly through your order history on Skiddle.
This contact option is available for 7 days after the refund window expires.
Using the Promoter Contact Form System
We have developed a Promoter Contact form within Skiddle to keep all communication in one place.
This system helps us handle refund requests more efficiently.
You won’t need to provide screenshots or copies of communication with the organiser when using this form.

If you do not receive a reply from the event organiser, it may mean your refund request has been declined.
In this case, you will need to transfer your tickets privately to avoid losing the money spent.
