We only ask for contact information if you're buying tickets.

We only ask for these details if you're buying tickets.

We mainly ask for your address so we can verify the card details used to place the order, dispatch physical ticket stock (for the events that do have this) and deter fraudulent orders.

From time to time, we may use the address provided to recommend nearby events, regional newsletters (delivered via email) and to personalise your Skiddle content based on your location so you do not receive irrelevant content. To update your postcode to receive info relevant to your area, please click here.

As we mostly sell over 18s products, we do need to verify age. We do also use the info internally for demographics.

As for your mobile number, we will only use this to send you SMS confirmations and get in touch with you if there are any updates to your order or event.

Don’t worry though, your details are protected by our Privacy Policy so we won't sell your details to any third parties.
