I was notified about tickets on the waiting list when I was busy!

I was busy when I was notified about tickets, please can you send another text/email alert?

Tickets may become available at any time, and we understand this can happen at inconvenient hours. However, this system ensures tickets are fairly offered to everyone on the waiting list.

Notifications Between 10 PM and 8 AM

If you receive a notification between 10 PM and 8 AM, your ticket(s) will be reserved for you until 8:30 AM. If you click the link during these hours, you will still have the usual 8-minute window to complete your purchase.

Missed Your Chance?

If you miss the opportunity to purchase, don’t worry—you can always rejoin the waiting list for another chance to get tickets!

Note: If you are unable to re-add yourself to the waiting list, it means the event organiser has disabled this feature.
