If you were only offered part of your requested ticket quantity, it means there weren’t enough tickets made available through our Re:Sell service by other customers at that time.
How Partial Ticket Alerts Work
If we can’t allocate the full number of tickets you requested, we’ll still send you an alert for however many tickets we can offer.
You’ll then have the option to purchase the available tickets or wait for more to become available.
Note: The decision is entirely yours—if you choose not to purchase the offered tickets, you'll remain on the waiting list for the remaining amount.
Example:
If you requested 3 tickets but are only offered 2, and you don’t complete the purchase, you’ll stay on the waiting list for the remaining 1 ticket.
