If your bank account or credit card has closed since obtaining a refund, please allow up to 60 working days for the funds to land.
If you have used a switching service then some banks will automatically transfer any payments already on their way to your new account.
Please be aware that for security reasons, we are unable to send the funds to a different account.
If after 60 days, the funds still have not landed then we best advise contacting your old bank or credit card provider who can trace the transaction (which may have landed in a holding account) and redirect it to an alternative account for you.
They are in the business of moving money so they know what they're doing!
