If your event is rescheduled, your original tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date. You do not need to take any action.
Where Can I See the Updated Event Information?
Your ticket details will be updated to reflect the new event date. You can view this information:
In the app, under the "My Tickets" section
In your Order History, available on both the app and website
If you don’t see the changes reflected, please try refreshing the app or checking back later, as updates may take a short time to process.
