How to Print Your Ticket(s)

Follow these simple steps to easily print your ticket(s):

Step 1: Locate Your Email Confirmation

  • After completing your booking, you will receive an email confirmation containing your ticket(s).

  • Open the confirmation email and find the link to your ticket(s).

Step 2: Download Your Ticket(s) PDF

  • Click on the link in the email to access your ticket(s).

  • If you need help with the download, refer to our FAQ for guidance on how to download the PDF version of your ticket(s)

Step 3: Print Your Ticket(s)

  • Once the PDF is downloaded, open the file and look for the print icon in the top-right corner of the document.

  • Click the print icon to begin the printing process.

Troubleshooting: Red Banner Message

If you see a red banner on your ticket download page, this indicates that the promoter has temporarily suspended the barcodes. In this case, you will only be able to access your ticket(s) starting from the date specified in the message.
