If you have accidentally purchased the wrong ticket(s), want to upgrade your booking or have mistakenly booked for the incorrect event/date, please get in touch via our chatbot (bottom right-hand corner) or email (custcare@skiddle.com) as soon as possible. Please select 'Swap Ticket(s)' and have your order information to hand so we can assist where we can.
Please note that we cannot guarantee we are able to swap your tickets, as we are reliant upon authorisation from the event organiser.
