What to Do if You Book the Wrong Ticket

If you have:

  • Accidentally purchased the wrong ticket(s),

  • Selected the wrong event or date,

  • Or want to upgrade your booking,

please contact us immediately to request assistance.

How to Request a Ticket Swap

To request a ticket change:

  1. Use our chatbot — Click the chatbot icon located in the bottom right-hand corner of our website or app.

  2. Or email us — Send a message to custcare@skiddle.com.

When contacting us:

  • Select the option 'Swap Ticket(s)' when prompted.

  • Have your order information ready (such as order number and ticket details) to help us assist you as quickly as possible.

Important Information About Ticket Swaps

  • We cannot guarantee that we will be able to swap your tickets.

  • Ticket changes are subject to approval by the event organiser, and we are dependent on their authorisation before making any adjustments.
