Am I guaranteed tickets if I join the queue?

If I refresh or close my browser, will I lose my position in the queue?

Unfortunately, joining the queue does not guarantee that you’ll be able to purchase tickets.

Some events are extremely popular and may receive 100 times more interest than the number of tickets available. While entering the queue gives you the best possible chance, there simply may not be enough tickets to go around.

Once tickets are sold out, a message will appear in the queue to let you know.


Will I Lose My Place If I Refresh or Close the Browser?

We know how frustrating it is to lose your spot—so don’t worry:

  • If you refresh or accidentally close your browser, you won’t lose your place in the queue, as long as you rejoin using the same device and browser.

✅ We use browser cookies to remember your position.

⚠️ Important:

  • If you clear your cookies, switch to a different browser, or use another device, we won’t be able to recognise you.

  • This means you’ll be treated as a new customer and lose your original queue position.
