Cheaper tickets were unavailable but now they are back on sale. Can I have a refund of the difference?

Cheaper tickets have become available, can you refund the difference?

Refunds on Ticket Price Differences

If you purchase tickets at a higher price, we are unable to offer partial refunds to reflect the price difference.

Similarly, if you purchase new tickets at a lower price, we cannot offer refunds for the difference on your previous order.

Please note, we cannot guarantee ticket availability as tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We are committed to selling tickets to genuine fans, not resellers.

Ticket prices and the number of tickets available are determined by the event promoters. Any queries related to ticket pricing or availability should be directed to them.

Ticket Availability

If you see a "Currently Unavailable" message, it means there are unsold tickets that other customers have already started purchasing. These tickets are unavailable during their checkout process. However, if those customers do not complete their purchase within 10 minutes, the tickets may become available again. Please keep trying, but be aware that there is a risk you might miss out on tickets, especially if demand for the event is high.
