If you purchase tickets at a slightly higher price, we are unable to offer any partial refunds to reflect the difference.

We are also unable to offer refunds on higher valued orders if you have purchased new cheaper tickets.

We can never guarantee the availability of tickets as they're always sold on a first come first served basis and we do pride ourselves that we only sell tickets to real fans- not touts.

Ticket price and quantity available is set by the promoter of the event. Any queries regarding this are to be dealt with by them.

To be transparent with our customers, the following information can be found on the event listing:

CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE - There are still some unsold tickets that other customers have already started purchasing. As such, they are unavailable during this process. However, if the customers do not complete their purchase within 10 minutes they may become available again so please keep trying. However, there is a risk that you could miss out on tickets altogether (especially if the event is in high demand).
