Contacting the attending guest directly, especially if the ticket was purchased under someone else's name.
Meeting legal or safety requirements, such as those initially introduced for COVID-19 track and trace.
By collecting this information, we help ensure a smooth and secure experience for both attendees and event organisers.
Why Do I Need to Provide Guest Information to Access Tickets?
You may notice a prompt in the app or your order history asking for guest information before accessing tickets. This is not an error—it's part of a feature designed to:
Collect attendee details for each ticket in your order.
Ensure every guest has their ticket unlocked and ready to use.
This feature appears as a banner at the top of your ticket screen labeled "Guest Information Required." Tapping this will take you to the guest information entry screen.
How to Enter Guest Information
Step-by-Step Instructions
Tap "Guest Information Required" on your ticket screen.
Fill in the requested details for each guest in your booking.
You don’t need to complete all guests at once.
For example, entering information for 2 guests will unlock 2 tickets.
Repeat for additional guests as needed.
Special Cases
Under 18s: If a child under 18 is attending, simply re-enter your own details to unlock their ticket.
Once all required information is provided, your tickets will unlock and display as normal.
